Young Artarmon

The Artarmon Progress Association has a sub committee that focuses on the interests and well-being of young people in Artarmon. They organise activities for the young and young at heart people such as Artarmon Star Search.

Their 2008 projects are the construction of the Artarmon Youth Garden on the corner of Elizabeth St and Tindale Rd (opposite Wilkes Ave Shops), a night at the Chelsea on 27th September and Artarmon Star Search.

In the first half of the year Artarmon Star Search is held which is a talent competition and show for the youth of Artarmon. The winner is announced at the Artarmon Fair (if held) in early May. It 2009 it will be at Norths Club.
